Description

Good scallops can pack an emotional wallop! Alongside Adele’s ballads and a certain  death in a superhero movie (no spoilers!), these choice scallops top the list of things that leave us teary-eyed. We propose searing these sweet scallops with the butter basting technique to get a caramelised golden crust on the exteriors, while the insides remain tender and moist. 

Fishop’s USA Scallops are wild caught and fleet harvested from the icy pure waters of the North Atlantic. Freshly frozen, our USA Scallops are easy to prepare and can be used in a variety of dishes from appetizers to center of the plate options.
