Delivery is limited to within Singapore only.

Your fresh and frozen products are packed in cooler bags with ice to keep your fish cold in transit. Most shipments arrive frozen but this is not guaranteed. However your fish should still be at a very low temperature when you open your box and therefore suitable to put in your freezer. Refreezing is only dangerous if the product has reached 8C. 

Minimum Orders & Delivery Charges

  • There is no minimum purchase required to use our online services for purchase.
  • There is a delivery charge of S$10.00 for online orders below S$80.00. Alternatively, you may choose to pickup the orders from our store at Anchorpoint Shopping Centre.
  • For online orders of S$80.00 and above, delivery will be free of charge.
  • For purchases of S$100.00 and above made at our store at Anchorpoint Shopping Centre, you may also enjoy our delivery services free-of-charge.
  • Keep a lookout for promotions or coupon codes for free deliveries and discounts.
  • All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
  • All prices of our products are subject to changes. Please check the prices of our products each time you use our online services.
  • Online prices for each seafood product is based on the raw weight of the item, i.e. before processing.

Delivery Shipments & Returns

  • We do not offer same-day delivery services. For urgent purchases, please go down to our store at Anchorpoint Shopping Centre.
  • There will be a 1 to 3 days lead time from the day of placing your order.  This also applies for self-collection orders.
  • For online orders made before 6 p.m., earliest delivery will be on the following day or as indicated by you in the order.
  • You may choose from one of the two delivery time slots:
    • Slot 1: Between 12pm to 3pm
    • Slot 2: Between 4pm to 6pm
    • Our delivery personnel will contact you by phone and confirm your delivery time.
  • You may opt for the following free services for your delivery order:
    • Scaling of whole fish
    • Cleaning of whole fish

Freshness Guaranteed

  • To ensure freshness, orders are vacuum packed and delivered using our cold trucks.
  • Upon arrival at delivery location, there will be a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes at your doorstep. Fishop Pte Ltd will not to held responsible for quality of purchases which may be affected due to a longer waiting time.
  • If you missed your delivery, our delivery personnel will contact you by phone and arrange a new delivery time with you.

Order Confirmations, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Upon placing your order with us, you will receive an automated reply via email.
  • Your order will be considered confirmed only when you receive an SMS message or email from Fishop Pte Ltd.
  • There will be no refund if your order delivered is fresh and according to the specifications in the order.
  • For changes in delivery time or cancellation of orders, please call us at 8876 9670.
  • Our refund policy is based on Fishop Pte Ltd’s guidelines on quality of products.
  • You may send in your feedback to us at sales@fishop.com.sg, with regard to your delivery order.


  • Gross weight of live and fresh products stated in our website are before cleaning and gutting. A weight variance of (+/-) 10% is expected after each product is being processed.
