Description
The rosewood honey highlights a tropical tree, emblematic of Madagascar. A much sought-after tree which is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare. It is mostly appreciated for its exquisite wood and oil, and its pink bark makes it very distinctive.
The resulting nectar is not very widespread but is very appreciated for its perfume which is tender and full of spicy aromas.
Rosewood honey has an intense and rich taste, but it remains nevertheless elegant and delicate. It is said to be rich in iron, vitamins and calcium, making it particularly appreciated with breakfast.
